Call: (609)729-9000 Friday evening December 7 the celebrations continue with the Greater Wildwood Jaycees’ Christmas Parade. Registration begins at 5:00 p.m. at the North Wildwood Recreation Center (10th and Central Avenues). Lineup begins at 5:30 p.m. and the parade starts promptly at 6:30 p.m. with a new route and followed by a Tree Lighting Ceremony & Parade Awards at 7:30 p.m. at Byrne Plaza, Oak & Pacific Avenues, Wildwood, NJ. Christmas on the Plaza will feature Family Entertainment, Ice Skating, a Beer Garden, Fire Pits, Craft Vendors and Food Vendors on December 7th, from 5 to 9 pm, and on Saturday, December 8th, from 10 am to 5 pm. The Greater Wildwood Jaycees Christmas parade will kick off at 6:30 pm on Friday at 15th and Central Avenues in North Wildwood, head through Downtown Wildwood on Pacific Avenue and end at Byrne Plaza after circling back via New Jersey Avenue. Many Downtown Wildwood bars, shops and restaurants will be open and decorated for the holidays! In addition to great shopping, delicious food and beverages, these establishments will also offer an excellent view of the parade!
Somers Point Holiday Parade

On Friday, December 7, the Somers Point Holiday Parade is starts at 5:30 p.m. For the third year in a row, the Somers Point Community Education & Recreation (CER) Office will be hosting a float contest as part of the parade. The parade begins at Dawes Avenue and continues along Shore Road to City Hall, 1 W. New Jersey Ave., where a festive ceremony will take place and complimentary refreshments will be served, courtesy of Sturdy Savings Bank. Mayor Jack Glasser will serve as the parade’s Grand Marshal, and Volunteer Fire Companies 1 and 2 will escort Santa Claus to City Hall where children can meet him inside for pictures and treats. Middle Twp. Department of Recreation Pacific Ave. (next to Memorial Field) and start traveling north on Route 9. We will make a left onto Mechanic Street. Judging will be in front of the Cape May County Library Cape May Court House

We will be hosting our annual Christmas Parade on December 7, 2018 at 6:00pm. The parade will lineup on Pacific Ave. (next to Memorial Field) and start traveling north on Route 9. We will make a left onto Mechanic Street. Judging will be in front of the Cape May County Library. The parade will end at the Firehouse. Santa and Mrs. Claus will stop at Township Hall for the Tree Lighting Ceremony. Everyone can follow Santa and Mrs. Claus back to the firehouse. Santa will be giving out candy canes and Mrs. Claus will be reading Christmas stories. We will also have a Christmas Carol Sing Along for the Children. The Middle Township Volunteer Fire Department will be serving hot beverages and cookies for our guests. We look forward to kicking off the Christmas season with our friends and family.
Woodbine Holiday Parade

On Friday, December 7, 2018, the Borough will be hosting its annual Christmastime parade, sponsored by the Woodbine Volunteer Fire Company. The parade will begin at 6 p.m. and line up will start at 5 p.m. along Bryant Street. The parade route will be the same as on previous years: starting on Bryant Street south onto Washington continue to Clay Street, east on Clay to Heilprin Avenue, north on Heilprin to DeHirsch Avenue stopping at the Firehouse. Trophies will be awarded (first & second place) for: Best Appearing Fire Company, Best Appearing Rescue Squad; Best Float; Best Marching Unit.

Mark your calendars for the Lower Township Rotary Club’s annual Christmas Parade on Saturday, Dec. 8 at 6 p.m. A host of floats, the Lower Cape May Regional Marching Band, community groups and brightly decorated fire trucks will step off from the starting point at Bayshore and Breakwater roads and head south on Bayshore Road to the ending point at Rosehill Parkway. The parade is celebrating 38 years of marching down Bayshore Road and is a chance for the community to come together in a fun and festive way. It is a continued goal for the Lower Township Rotary to grow the size of the parade and gain more community groups or businesses signed up to participate in what has become a long-standing valued tradition in Lower Township. There is no fee to sign up to be in the parade
