A New holiday tradition for the entire family brought to you by the Cape May County Board of Chosen Freeholders, Gerald M. Thornton – Director Leonard C. Desiderio – Vice-Director, E. Marie Hayes, Will Morey, Jeffrey L. Pierson. The celebration will include live holiday music, a story reading, childrens’ train rides, ice sculpture demonstration, treats for the children and a visit by the jolly man himself in the red suit.

Take a ferry ride to the winter carnival at the Lewes Ferry Terminal with ice skating, amusement rides, crafts and activities at Santa’s Workshop.The Ferry offers shuttles to the Spectacular Light Show in Cape Henlopen State Park! The Christmas Village returns to the Lewes Terminal this holiday season from Nov. 17th-Dec. 31st and it’s bigger and brighter! Packed with indoor & outdoor fun for the whole family, the Christmas Village includes the Visit Delaware Ice Rink, five amusement rides, Santa’s Workshop, games, pictures with Mr. & Mrs. Claus, nightly entertainment and new this year, the Lodge, a heated tent serving bites & beverages. The festival runs Friday-Sunday with additional dates the week after Christmas. November 17, 2017 – December 31st from 5-9PM. (10PM on Saturdays)

Ring in the season at Somers Point’s annual Holiday Parade. This exciting and merry parade feature live music, fire trucks, festively decorated floats and SANTA CLAUS! The parade runs down Shore Road, beginning at Dawes Ave. and ending at New Jersey Ave. At City Hall, families can enjoy refreshments provided by Sturdy, a festive ceremony, and meet Santa Claus for pictures and a treat. This year marks the 2nd Annual Float Competition! We encourage you to consider decorating a float and joining the parade; it is free to enter. The winner will have their name/group engraved on Somers Point’s Holiday Cup Trophy and get to display it for a full year!!! Don’t miss out on this fun seasonal tradition!

Ocean City’s annual CHRISTMAS PARADE starts at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Route will be from 6th Street to 11th Street on Asbury Avenue. . After the Parade Santa will meet youngsters at the gazebo, in Mark Soifer Park, across from City Hall and pose for photos.

Join us at the Ocean City Community Center for a Tree Lighting ceremony, live music, special guests, refreshments, a visit from the man in red, and lots of family-friendly entertainment! Including a Photo Booth and special gifts for the first 200 guests. The Historical Museum will be hosting Mrs. Claus’s Market as well as a Trolley History Tour of Downtown and Lifesaving Station. Tickets are $10 for adults and children under 16 are free with an accompanying adult. Tours will run 1:30, 2:30, 3:30, and 4:30pm.
